Why do progressives make you dizzy? Three causes — only one worth "toughing out"
① Normal Adaptation Period
Your brain is learning the new logic that "looking down = looking near." The hallmark is that the dizziness decreases day by day and improves noticeably within 1–3 weeks. This is the only case worth toughing out.
